Giving
Here at GodFirst we believe that God has called us to make a difference to our town, the nation and the nations. Each one of us has a part to play as we seek to build communities that love one another and bring the kingdom of God into every area of life.
One of the ways we can make this happen is through giving financial support. On the back of this we encourage everyone who considers Godfirst to be their home church to give generously into all that we are aiming to do for the purpose of seeing the Kingdom of God advance and God glorified. Jesus had a lot to say about money and we believe that generously giving money into God’s work is one way we can tangibly demonstrate that He is first in our lives. Practical information about ways to give can be found below.
An offering is taken during our Sunday meetings. You can also give regularly via one of the following methods:
Online Direct Transfer: To set up a direct transfer via personal online banking log on to your account and request for a donation to be made to GodFirst Christchurch, Sort Code: 30-92-02, Account No: 00241625. Please use your name as the payment reference.
Standing Order: If you do not have online banking, please ask your bank to arrange a standing order using the following information: Account Name: GodFirst Christchurch, Sort Code: 30-92-02, Account No. 00241625, using your name as the payment reference.
Cheque: If you would like to send us a cheque, please send it to Hope House, 117 Jumpers Road, Christchurch BH23 2JS, making the cheque payable to GodFirst Christchurch Ltd.
Tax efficient giving (Gift Aid): If you are a UK tax payer you can increase your giving by 25% if you complete a Gift Aid Declaration. Forms are available from the Welcome Desk at our Sunday meetings or from the church office. Please ensure that your gifts are clearly marked with your name. For more information click here.
